Nagoba Jathara – The Tribal Carnival Written and Directed by Jennifer Alphonse, is a Documentary which talks about the second biggest carnival festival celebrated in Adilabad district, Telangana (India).. It provides insights into the social customs and traditions of the Gond Tribes especially Mesram clan Raj Gonds and Pardhans, who are one of the ancient tribes of Asia. Clad in spotless white, walking in a straight line, they have unflinchingly continued along the paths taken by their ancestors centuries ago, with great earnestness till date.
