INDIAN PHOTO FESTIVAL 2020

The Indian Photo Festival (IPF) - Hyderabad, a Not-For-Profit initiative of Light Craft Foundation is India's longest running international photography festival showcasing a wide range of photography from India and around the globe with a series of events including: talks and discussions, portfolio reviews, screenings & workshops. The IPF creates a platform for the professional and aspiring photographers, the photography lovers and the public where the festival promotes the art of photography and at the same time addresses the social issues through the medium of photography.

Due to the ongoing pandemic Covid-19, the Indian Photo Festival will be presented from 12th November to 13th December, in an altered, yet adapted format - largely ONLINE - with all the Interactive Sessions via Virtual Platforms. The PRINT Exhibitions will be installed along the lush green, outer walking trail of the picturesque KBR Park located in the heart of the city of Hyderabad. Digital Exhibitions will be showcased at The State Gallery of Art, Madhapur and some fascinating Virtual 3D Exhibitions will be presented online.

Despite the current global crisis, we at the IPF are working on creating a safe edition, through responsible curation and presentation. In order to apply flexibility to the shifting circumstances while upholding our core values of inclusion, diversity and social responsibility, we are expanding our digital offerings to reach audiences across the world.

The event is free and open to the public. Find more about the programs at IPF 2020 here.
